Ragù con il Babymeal

  • 350 gr   Carne macinata
  • 300 gr   passata di pomodoro
  • 1/2 cipolla
  • 1 carota
  • sedano
  • 100 ml vino bianco
  • 30 gr olio extravergine
  • qb sale

     Procedimento

  • Soffriggere la cipolla, il sedano e la carota  con un filo d’olio cottura III vel 1
  • Aggiungere la carna macinata e dopo 3 minuti sfumare con il vino:  5 min cottura III vel 1
  • Versare la passata, il sale e l’acqua : cuocere 1 ora cottura II vel 1
