Crema pasticcera al cioccolato


  • 500 gr Latte
  • 100 gr zucchero semolato
  • 2 tuorli
  • 60 gr farina
  • 100 gr cioccolato fondente


  • Fissate la pala e aggiungete tutti gli ingredienti escluso il cioccolato
  • Impostate funzione cream 9 minuti velocità 2
  • Aggiungete il cioccolato e continuate a mescolare a velocità 2
